Hi,
I'm currently doing an MSc Psychology degree. My dissertation is considering what understanding parents have of the risk factors and symptoms of female adolescent depression.
I am just putting feelers out before getting my ethical approval but was wandering if anyone would be willing to be interviewed about this area? It doesn't matter how old you're children are or whether you have a child suffering with depression or not. Also, I can't emphasise enough this is not a test of your parenting skills and knowledge, it is more to see whether the government and local agencies provide knowledge and awareness of this important area. It would be important you did not try and gain knowledge before the interview to gain reliable results.
Let me know if you'd take part in this study,
Thank you
