He asked out is best (girl) mate as there was pressure all round for him to do it. (he is 10, nearly 11)

she finished with him today. He was really pleased, as he said that it ruins it when you go out as you stop talking. He now wants to make sure that they can be good mates again..

I don't he is ready for relationshiopd, and i thinkheknows that now. But he really likes being the 'boy next door' confident

bless his cottons!

Awe, at least he isn't broken hearted. I'm still best friends with my on and off boyfriend from being eight years old to mid teens. He calls round for advise and we're still close. Dh was jealous at first but got over it when he realised he had no choice. Grin

she is a tiny, atheltci, gorg girl whom all the boys fancy. She is also into snogging competitions Shock and wants to hold hands. ds2 is mortified by anything like that. However loves the whole gossipy side of it all and being mates with girls.

The fraught lives of our growing up lads...
DS is still on with his paramour, her mates keep MSN at him to kiss her - he told them he has, but denies it to us!!!!
He is 12 it all just seems so young!
He is enjoying the boost in kudos getting a girlfriend gives you amongst other lads though... I actually suspect thats why he's still going along with it Grin
Your ds sounds like a sound kiddo Beety :)
