Stressed out mummy needing help

Hiya

I know there was a thread about this before but I am so stressed maybe I keep going past it.

I need to know how to do the pasat jar thingy please?

Naughty step ain't working now and my 4 year old has really grown into a monster which I am losing control with. I know he is just being a typical kid but now the twins are following in big brothers footsteps and so much so i am no longer in control and cry. He used to take a punishment well i.e naughty step, losing tv etc now though they all just laugh at me.

Please help me regain the discipline i once had and bring back my lovely lads

Any other ideas other than pasta jar would also be appreciated to but i think pasta jar worked for so many of you mnetters that i too need to try
