Dried or fresh? Are you confusing a 'pretty'word with a pretty name?

No, no, no - poor child!

Some words are pretty yes, but they aren't names. At least not of human children.

Vulva
Undulate
Frenulum
Candida
Albumen
Alfalfa
Quinoa

All quite lovely to say, but you don't want to shout them down the bacon aisle.

Don't do it, don't do it, don't do it.
To add to SOHs list - Chlamydia was a name actually used in my local hospital according to the midwives. Mother was warned about the meaning but liked the sound of it so went with it anyway!

I like it! Why not? It has nice associations, a nice sound and is a pretty, feminine colour.

The French spelling and pronunciation is lovely.
