Boys names

Hi

We don't know whether we are having a boy or a girl and are due in a couple of weeks. We have a bit of a shortlist going for boys names and are not sure what to go with. We would like something a little unusual but don't want a name that everyone thinks is weird or that we later regret.

Here is the list:

Rafferty
Ezra
Milo
Rowan

What do you think of these names? Do you have any suggestions that are along similar lines?

Thanks!

I LOVE Ezra and Rowan, especially Ezra. I reckon Ez is quite a cool nn, too. Milo is funky and I have suggested it in the past, but apparently he's a character in the Tweenies and that puts some people off. Rafferty reminds me of raffish and Raffles the thief - it also sounds more like a name I might give a dog - sorry.

Eli might key in with your style and I rather like that. Isaac is also very nice.

Milo is on my list and I also like Ezra for the Biblical connection.

Ezra. Strong, timeless name.

Great choices - classic nice names that aren't that commonplace.

I particularly like Ezra.

Have you considered

Quentin ?
Elias ?

I like all of them - they are all rather trendy - are you trendy ? . My favourite is Ezra, but really, it's a hard choice.

Also, along the same lines :

Joel
Jude
Evan
Elijah

BTW - trendy in a good way. On reflection, I don't like Rafferty.
