This is my new favourite name and I urge you all to name your daughters as I am not planning any more myself and it is too good a name to squander on a pet

I am not planning any more either. But have to say that if I was they wouldn't be called Sidonia It sounds like a made-up country.

Had an Italian friend many moons ago - her sister was called Sidonia....it's OK.
