I have been stuck for some time trying to chose between the two names I have narrowed down for my baby girl - Any opinions will be very welcome :-D Its between ....

Sofia Eleanor
or
Aletheia Rose (Thea for short)

We originally loved Sofia but now I'm a bit worried its becoming to popular as I did want something a little bit different .

Thanks for your help :-)

Aletheia, definitely my choice. Sofia spelled that way isn't as commonplace as Sophie/Sophia, but it has the same sound. Aletheia is far prettier.

Sofia. Aletheia seems a bit like Alisha with a terrible lisp?

Sofia.

I prefer Sofia Rose to Sofia Eleanor.

I like the Sophia spelling better, but Sofia is much, much nicer than Aletheia.

both lovely names, I love Thea, but if i'm being totally honest Aletheia is too off the wall for me, no one will be able to spell it etc.
Its nice not to have a name that millions of others have, but I think Aletheia is going a bit too far in the other direction!

Like both, but would like Eleanor Rose better.

Is that a spelling mistake? The Alethea I know doesn't have an i in her name.

I don't love the name, but I would go for it over Sofia, as Sofia/Sophia/Sophie has been done to death now.

What about Thea on its own. Lovely name in its own right. Thea Eleanor is lovely.
