Baby Boy names - Short list

First time poster, my partner gave birth to a beautiful baby boy last week but we're still dithering over names, really tough !

I've come up with a bit of a short list of candidates and wondered what you thought!...

Sebastian
Oakley
Kade

I should probably mention he has an older brother named Jenson.

Surprised Sterling and Nico/Niki aren't on your list. Or Rubens.

Jayson, is way too similar to Jenson.
Oakley are sunglasses.
Kane is better than Kade.
Olly too popular for my taste.
Kye is too like Kyle and Kai is a Rooney offspring.

Out of all your names, I like Sebastian but put it with your surname to see if it goes together.

If you are really keen on the other names then pick a shorter name as a middle name.

Sebastian Kane plus surname

I prefer Olly most, the rest of the names are a little "out there" or American-like for my taste (I have very dull taste!)

If you go with Jenson and Castiel you will get all the Supernatural fans grinning at you (though Dean's a Jensen right, so is your oldest a Button reference?) :)

Though I think Oakley goes well with Jenson - or Ayrton if you want to keep the F1 theme going.

an awful lot of this list have the same sound ending as Jenson which is putting me off them, it's almost making them rhyme.

I like Ethan best, but also Kane and Jesse.

my boss is a huge F1 and Supernatural fan, if it wasn't the fact that she is a) single and b) has not just had a baby I would think she was half of this couple!

Ayrton AND Sebastian are both F1.

Jake, quite possibly is a reference to former BBC F1 presenter Jake Humphrey.

Dayton, quite possibly another reference to racing as in Daytona Speedway.

Jayson and Kye I think could have racing (possibly motorcycling?) connections but I'm not sure.

I think Castiel is one of the few that I don't think could be linked to car/motor racing.

I could be completely wrong... but certainly there is more than a bit of a theme here.

Yes Jenson is named after the F1 driver Jenson Button :)

My partner really likes Castiel but none of her family or my family like it lol! I'm not really sure on it either - whilst it sounds nice I'm not sure on how good it would be for a name.

Ayrton we both like but he doesn't really look like a an Ayrton - Sebastian isn't really to do with Vettel, I just like the name, but it would go with the F1 theme I guess, and unlike many other British F1 fans I quite like Vettel!

Jake isn't to do with Jake Humphrey - I just like the name, and my partner likes the name Olly but I'm not sure on that... Jenson was really easy to choose a name for but this time we're finding it really difficult!

I like Jesse but my OH thinks it's a bit feminine and doesn't really take to it/

Sebastian, Ethan or Jake. All good, but Sebastian is gorgeous. The others are too weird / popular. You want something timeless.

my partner REALLLY likes Castiel, infact thats what shes been calling him whilst we choose a name. She's got it from the Supernatural TV show (I watched a few eps maybe s1 and s2 but didn't stick with it but she as you can see did!)...

I've heard mostly negative comments on the name though. I like the sound of it but I'm not sure on whether it would suit a child, or man for that matter.
