My first thought was Florence.... Kitty & Flo. Smile
And for a boy, Flynn. Kitty & Flynn sound like cool kids to me!

I'd avoid any name ending in the 'y' 'ie' sound

so Freya, Jack , May, all good
Maizie, Charlie, Milly not so much

I've got a Kitty. Her brothers are Nicholas and Rory.
If DS2 had been a girl he would have been Ruth or Violet.

The Kittys I know have siblings called:

Daisy, Millie, Lottie
Hugh, Jack, William

I like Kitty and:
Anna, Amy, Amber, Alice, Ayla, Bella, Bethan, Cara, Clara, Carys, Chloe, Darcey, Emma, Ella, Eva, Erin, Erica, Esther, Eden, Faith, Flora, Georgia, Hope, Isla, India, Jasmine, Julia, Laura, Lila, Layla, Lyra, Luna, Lydia, Mya, Morgan, Megan, Nicole, Nina, Orla, Paige, Phoebe, Ruby, Rosa, Sarah, Sophie, Sasha, Tegan, Thea, Tia, Tessa, Tara, Verity, Zoe, Zara.

Aiden, Aaron, Ben, Charles, Dylan, Dominic, Ethan, Edward, Finn, Fitch, Harley, Harry, Ivor, Jacob, Joseph, Joshua, Lucas, Logan, Milo, Marcus, Nico, Nathan, Oscar, Owen, Parker, Rupert, Samuel, Thomas, William, Xavier, Zach.

I think Kitty and Felix and Kitty and Rufus sound cute too but are definitely not possible!

Is Kitty her given name or nickname.

My first thoughts were not to go for twee names, I think something longer..
Kitty and Charlotte
Kitty and Marianne
Kitty and George
Kitty and Dominic

Thank you for all of your suggestions. You are really good at coming up with ideas. You see my first instinct for a girls name was also Florence. I really like it. And i think it 'goes' (and also with DS's name which is easier to find things to 'go with'). I realise that they wont always be called in a 'three' and so that names dont have to be matchy matchy but I would like them to have the same feel about them I think.

Of the boys I like Henry/Harry, George, William, Freddie but a bit worried about the similar name ending in 'ee' sound. There are also loads of George and Harrys about at the moment. Maybe I am overthinking this!

Of course DH will also get a say but at the moment he cannot come up with anything AT ALL. Baby naming is so hard, thankfully this will be the last time we do this Grin

My Kitty has the middle name Florence! Think they go well (obviously!)
Her brother is Edward and if he had been a girl probably Eliza although I liked Flora too
