My sisters baby is due two weeks today this is her third baby.
Her name short list is

Girls:
Phoebe
Harriet ( she likes hattie dh wants full name Harriet but she doesn't as my son is Harry and she thinks its to close to his name even though I've said go for it)
Helena
Verity

Boys:
Collin
Samuel
Liam
Euan

I like Phoebe and Liam out of these names the best which ones do you think are best and what middle names would go with them?

I don't like Phoebe either (I always think the spelling of Phoebe looks odd). I love Helena, but only when it's pronounced Heh-leen-a and not Helen-a. I also like Harriet.

From the boys' list, the only one I really like is Euan. I don't like Collin, Samuel is too popular and Liam is only ok.

I also have suggested Jemimah to her
Lucas, Annie and jemimah I like.
I don't like how close Harriet is to Harry though. Had he been a girl he would of been Harriet as I knew he was my last baby.

Samuel and Harriet or Helena.
I chose middle names with family significance i.e mother name, brother in laws name.

Helena and Verity were both on our list, as was Annie/Anna. Also on our list was Esme, Eve, Una, and Helen.

I only like Samuel from the boys list. Other names from our list are Jonathan (Jonny), Gregory, Noel and Tom.

The girls' names are all beautiful; the boys' names are all awful.

I like Phoebe best to "go" with Annie.

Helena, Phoebe, Samual and Liam are the ones I like.

Helena only when pronounces Hell-en-er though. Hell-eee-ner makes me cringe.

Just been informed by sisters husband that she is in the very early stages of labour. They do not know if their having a boy or a girl.
I have her children staying with me. 4 kids and a 10 month old its rather loud here. However it's my four year old daughters bday today and she's looking forward to having her 4 year old cousin stay with her in her room tonight. Wonder if the baby will be born some day as dd? :)

I have an 8-year-old Harriet aka Hattie, so think that's the best name on the list Grin. Phoebe is another lovely name and I think either of those would work well with Annie and Lucas.

Of the boys names I prefer Samuel to any of the others. Although I like Liam as a name, I wouldn't name Lucas's sibling Liam, not least because I'd end up calling them Licas and Luam by mistake Blush.

Good luck with the night!

I do think Helena goes well with lucas and Annie.
Now we both have two girls and a boy but my son is my youngest and her son is her eldest.
