Thanks guys. I madea greena nd grey stripy sock bunny and a little felt tote bag for him to go in with his initial appliqued on.
Mind just went completely blank!
we use treasure baskets with the babies at work. Basket full of natural materials like cones, wooden spoons, anything wood ect. Another full of materials and then another with things around the house like sponges, wisks, toothbrush, clothes ect ect.

They love them

Soft knitted football.(or fabric)

A book with loads of different fabrics, textures etc. in it.

I made sock bunnies for another friend with a bag (for a girl) had forgotten about that.
Also have moulds for crayons...

grin at jam, I doubt I would be thanked for that.

Made him a taggy blanket at birth so bit hesitant to go down 'soft furnishings' route again.
