CaptainNancy's (admirably succinct) family rules: "Don't be a dingbat/duffer. Keep calm and carry on. Dream big. Shut up and get on with it."

Carmenere's cinder toffee: sweet, sticky, made-in-five-minutes toffee squares that'll spark off a few 'yums' among the 'oohs' and 'aahs' of your little fireworks-watchers.

Thanks have seen a cheerleader one is Asda for £12 but not big enough sizes as daughter will be 10 (it is for her 10th birthday).

Will have a look in Sainsbury
Any strappy sundress with a corsage coudl be a prom dress. A denim skirt with a pink tail could be Sharpay from HSM2 when she sings with Troy

Sainsbo have cheerleader outfits

My daughter wants a HSM themed party and would like a dressing up outfit but all the ones online to buy are about £30.

Does anyone have any ideas how I could make a costume or customise a cheap dress etc to make a prom style outfit.

Thanks

Links The simplest way to insert a link is to enter the link itself, surrounded by [[ and ]]. So if you type [[www.mumsnet.com]], the link will display as http://www.mumsnet.com. If you want your link to display text other than the web address itself, leave a space after the address then add the text before the ]]. So "Look at [[www.mumsnet.com this page]]", would display "Look at this page".
