Lovely yarn that you haven't yet used

As well as a huge pile of Stylecraft for everyday stuff I have

10 skeins of Debbie Bliss Andes
some lots of lovely Sublime Cashmerino
beautiful Lousia Harding yarn in a deep deep red
Manos Del Uraguay yarn (several kinds and colours)
lots of sirdar snuggly bamboo

I don't actually have specific plans for any of it but I like to think about it and plan.

Does anyone else have an unused stash of yarn?

I have lots of balls of a cashmere cotton blend (unbranded), it's so soft and I have lots of different colours, all very bright.
I'd love to make a blanket with it, but then again I like using odd bits for small craft gifts (like key rings, flowers, bookmarks). It sounds like luxury yarn but it was very cheap on eBay. The colours are stunning though.

I've nearly got to the end of my stash (Baa Ram Ewe Exelana, lots of leftovers of Noro sock yarn in different colours, a couple of balls of black Rowan pure wool aran). I can buy some more soon!

I've had a 'yarn fast' since the beginning of the year and have used up some of my stash. I'm currently doing a Patons shawl in two ply acrylic and then the next step is a Fair Isle cardigan for me with some Rowan 2ply-knits-as4ply which I bought off a friend who got it at bargain price from the Save the Children shop. When that is finished it will probably be the end of the year and I can start over again. In the meantime I am allowed to buy yarn for a specific purpose. Grin
