Personlised Ringbinder?

Hi,
I'm hoping to 'make' a personalised ringbinder for my DD, for all her certificates etc.
So I need an a4 binder - but what is the best way to personalise it?
I want her to keep it for many years (I can hope!), so would like it to be nice - not just me drawing over a plain folder!
Any ideas?

If you want her to keep certificates in it etc, are you envisaging these being in plain plastic wallets or something more special? i'm just wondering whether something like a box file might be more special, because you can decorate all sides of it, than an A4 or level arch file.

Do you have copies of old photos that you could put together and stick on the folder, or images that mean a lot for her - signifying a particular birthday cake or trip etc.

Also, how old is your DD?

Thanks, DD is 4, but already has ballet and swimming certificates!
Plus the odd one for reading/singing etc.

I was thinking of putting them in plastic wallets, in a ringbinder, but a box file might be an option too......
