Easy cute elf sewing pattern for beginner?

I was wondering if anyone knows where I could get a easy sewing pattern for a cute Christmas elf?
I'm just learning to machine sew so any help appreciated!

Elves by nature are awkward buggers. They have oddly shaped hats...unusual faces and disproportionate bodies.

But Craftster is full of ideas and advice as well as free tutorials and patterns. I've linked to the toy section...have a look through.

if you have a look at my profile you'll see the elf I've made- he was very simple, although not the fanciest elf on the block! I didn't use a bought pattern, just grease proof paper but could draw one up if you want?
