Hello

anyone know anywhere I can get a not too granny looking knitting bag where I can keep all my current unfinished projects?

Somewhere I can order on line as I don't live in the uk.

Thanks Flowers

Or if you have a sewing machine just run together a few "drawstring" bags. They only take 5 minutes and you can make several to stop projects making friends with each other.

I used spare ribbon instead of string and some nice fabric from my stash.

OK, are you looking to treat yourself?
I tend to have each project in a separate bag, maybe not with all the yarn. I just use any bag I spot: shoppers, calico bags, I do have one of those granny ones in a Liberty print. Maybe have a look at Next or Accessorise or Cath Kidston for a roomy tote bag?

Lantern Moon are a bit different

there is a brand called Namaste which are vv expensive but stylish

lots here

Also you could look at Jordana Paige

I'm still on the quest for the perfect bag though and have resorted to making my own.

Also if you are not going out and about a floorstanding bag is good. Or one that has enough structure to stand up by itself on the floor, and a light coloured lining so you can grovel about in it for lost things Grin

hi fossil that's what I need, but it would have to be one that I can shut close, as I have 2 crawling babies, who would love to have a nosey!

thanks for suggestions though, might wait a little, but likes the websites you linked.

thanks

The Namaste Monroe bag is what I'm saving up for (note: add to growing list of things DH should buy me for my birthday). Not in pink I have to say - it comes in a lovely lime green colour - here it is on Amazon. This has better photos so you can see it fastens shut.
