What her then and stop her! My little one eats it too but I sit with her and then she doesn't.

My friend's littlest DS eats it in great volume as soon as you turn your back to say 'I'd love a cup of tea' the whole ball's disappeared into oblivion!!

I think you can use the normal recipe but miss out the salt. You might need to adjust the amount of water as a result

(It'll go off though, which won't matter if she eats it Grin)

DS loves playing with playdough -at every opportunity he tries to eat it or lick the rolling pin Smile but I just sit with him and stop him.

Buy some if you're worried about the salt in the home-made one

I think that the bought stuff is equally salty

My son at 3.9 is still eating it. shop bought or home made, he loves it all. Sitting with him would make no difference unless I held his hands or something and at his playgroup they can't keep any eye on him all the time. He has never yet got really ill with it but I pancicked a few weeks ago when he ate loads when I was helping out at the playgroup and he asked for about 4 cups of water and milk and then actually refused a biscuit and didn't eat any lunch. Then luckiliy it all came out in his nappies. Sadly it has not put him off eating it. He loves olives too so obviously has a salty palette.
