I would really appreciate some help.

I want to make a scrapbook in memory of my dad. I've never got over him dying and think this may help. I am going to include photo's of him just before he fell ill when he was healthy and happy also some photos with my late mum, me on my wedding day and with dd1.

I don't know where to begin. I make cards but thats about it, i wouldn't know where to get the albums or if i need special albums.

I would really really appreciate any help you can give.

Thats realyl nice Radley, im going to do the same for my mum who died in 2004 but havent quite got my head round it yet.... not sure im up to it emotionally.

There are THOUSANDS of websites on line that are linked to under A&C but hopefully one of the other girls will be about soon to point you in the right direction.

From another fellow card maker xxx

I can't stay long now but I will post more later Radley.
What a lovely idea to make a scrapbook.
Have a look on UKScrappers as there is a fab gallery to look at for ideas.

I sometimes think I may not be up to it too Jessicaandrebeccasmummy, but as time progresses dh is getting concerned with me not grieving, and he says this may help, and, if it gets too much it can be put in dads box (when dad died I only wanted a couple of choice things which have been put in a plastic box and is in the attic) for when I feel ready to do some more.

Ah right, i just hope I can do it justice, I have made a few cards and always get positive comments, but I'm not confident that they are good compared to some that have been made by crafters on this site, but, I do enjoy making them and think they add a more personal touch to any occasion.

Hausfrau, yes very similar but a 12x12 would be nice.

I really like \link{http://www.atripdownmemorylane.co.uk/catalog/images/536630-12X12GATEFOLD.jpg\this} would this be ok?

This is what is said about it in the description
'Beautiful album from the Lifes Journey range. This album has an unusual gatefold opening which makes it particularly attractive. Includes 10 top loading page protectors'.

Its a 12x12 by the way

have had a look at QVC and all their kits are feminine at the minute, but certainly worth keeping an eye on
