our local lidl store had packs of assorted xmas-y papers, eyes, wooden sticks, pipe cleaner type things for 2.99.
for 225 pieces.
papers were lovley different textures.

and theres another craft offer on next week.

just thought you'd like to know.

I went to Lidl's yesterday and bought a gorgeous christmas light for £7.99. They had lots to choose from - xmas tree, present and a pyramid. I bought the pyramid so that I can use it all year round.

bought the craft pack...some gift boxes.....and am off 2morrow to get the stuff they are selling from monday!!!

u can get lidl to email a newsletter...with all the deals///but i managed to not read the last 2...hence would have missed this lovely stuff if it weren't for this thread!!

I bought a pack of wooden decs from there last week and used them as toppers for my cards. I did sell at least 5 of them. I paid 3.99 and I have since sold 2 this evening.

That pack has made me 10.00 so far. I still have 4 cards to go.But it's not about the money (yeah right)!!

They are selling so many lovely bits right now it's hard not to buy them all.

... just been up there moaning that the christmas craft pack and decoration storage box weren't there...and looked again at website to see they are offers not in store till thursday!!!!

so i will just have to drag myself up there again.....funny as i picked up anpther of the corregated cardboard craft packs again today.... and have a feeling that if they still have some left on thurs i will get another.......planne dto give the school one...but just as i planned to let alex my 6 yr old use the first pack...once i opened it...i though...."well....i need this piece....And this one....and this one...." and ended up giving alex the 2 pieces that i don't like too much....so as driving back from lidl...thinking of the school...and marching in with the pack i bought them...thinking "well...i'll keep that one....and that one....and that one....and they can have the 2 or 3 that i don't like...."

Well I went today and nothing....no craft packs at all....but I did buy some christmas chocolates and have hacked down a couple of branches from my garden...painted them with gold spray paint and cemented them in pots that I have covered in gingham cloth... will hang the choccies off them....sell them to the kids for 10p each at the fayres and hope the mums stop and buy some cards at the same time
