It's dd's 4th birthday and I wanted to get some white paper bags with handles for her and her party guests to decorate (and take home as party bags). I have found some on the internet but they are really expensive (start off at about £8 for 50 which is fine but then you get charge p&p, delivery, VAT etc and it's suddenly £18!). Is there anywhere I can buy them direct? I live in SE London.
