I haven't been stalking you but I have noticed you having a few bad days on threads recently. In the morning give your HV a call and ask if you can do the Edinburgh test now - it's a good indicator of PND and the HV will be able to refer you from there and give you details of support available locally. If your HV can't see you this week then it's worth making an appointment with your GP first.

Hope you're feeling better ASAP.

Call in the troops if you can: family, friends to cook a meal/ have sn older DC for a playdate/ do a quick clean. I can't remember if your DH is around, sorry. I know when I had PND it took DH forever to realise that I really wasn't well, it wasn't something I was just going to snap out of and that I needed structure, routine and for him to pull his weight.

Urrgh i know that feeling, i have a 10, 7, 5, 2.5 and 10 month old and today i have been in such a foul mood! no amount of tidying up will do, and the baby keeps climbing on my lap and pinching my muffin overhang and it hurts. I hope tomorrow brings something better x

My fail safe cheer up routine is grab a bin bag, put everything messy from my bedroom in the bin bag, chuck in the babies room out of sight, have a bath with a good book (currently J.K Rowling FAB) and then relax in the bath knowing you have at least one tidy room to go to !! x

Hi cheeky how u getting on? We had c section at same time. I've been feeling rubbish too. Dealing with tantrums in 2 year old, parents that won't help themselves, trying to get confidence to go to clubs etc and overall lack of sleep. Did my 2 nd questionnaire and went from 7 to 8, but health visitor lives across the road and her dh is a right busybody so felt couldn't discuss with her! Joy! Sure it'll be better tomorrow !
