Help after giving birth to 4th child

Hi,

I was diagnosed with moderate PND (I thought it was major PND) after the birth of my third child (who had Downs Syndrome and a heart condition). He is now 6 months old and I am now pregnant again.

I feel that with 3 children 7,3 and what will be 14 months I will need someone. When I got PND had bad anxiety about my health and by tea time bathtime could not stand the sight of my children and felt 'safe' in bed.

The point is I do not want to have to ask OH or MIL or my mother. Think I might need a maternity nurse/nanny/mothers help.

We have an Au Pair at the moment and youngest is in Nursery when I am at work. TBH an Au Pair is not alot of help as I am terrible at telling her what to do and also it just feels like another teenager in my house...

Any suggestions?

Sorry you are struggling, you have a lot going on. No practical advice I'm afraid, except to take any help you can get / afford
Good luck, hopefully you'll get some more useful advice soon.
