i need advice as im sure im suffering with deppression i have piled weight on cant be bothered 2 do anything just feel selfish and cant even be bothered to hold dwon a conversation i sed 2 be very outgoing and HAPPY which i defo aint any more i have felt like this on and off since i feel pregnant with my daughter in 2o1o although sometimes i feel ok i aint my self and cant bring my self 2 talk 2 anyone

I am no expert, but guess you are depressed! And you realise it and want to do somthing about it.Yay!! I suggest you talk to your doctor? health visitor. They may be able to get you in touch with a good support group. You are so not the only one. Could it be post natal depression? Do you have a supportive partner, family, friend? Wishing you lots of luck X

thank you so much 4 your kindness im embarressed its so stupid ino i shouldnt be but im normally a very privert person, i have a very supportive partner butim bringing him down 2 i have 2 get some advice i just make my self angey i have noo reason 2 feel like this and yet im wasteing my days feeling sory 4 my self

Get thee to a doctor - baby needs a happy Mummy. Depression is nothing to be embarrased about. Get all the help you can from HVs, friends, family. OK, you'll not want to see them, but they will be useful. I have PND and feel your pain. Get help now before it gets worse.
You are a brilliant Mummy I'm sure of that, but please go and get some help. Keep talking on here if nothing else...
