phoning me to let me know that the crib i wanted is now in stock....dd is nearly 7mo!

AIBU to think that it sums up this shop completely. This shop that supposedly cares about mothers (IUSWIM) is so disorganised that its alsomt funny!!!! I requested this crib when I was about 6 months pregnant and finally got told last night by a woman who sounded very proud of herself " we have managed to get hold of one for you". Rediculous! She was a tad sheepih when I told her that I gave up waiting for it about 7 months ago, obviously needing to get something for my dd to sleep in!
I have to admit, it did make me chuckle at the time but hin hind sight, its quite a bad service they provide if thats the results you get. I think I will boycott this place from now on, especially since a short trip to buy a sun hat at the weekend took rediculously long as all the staff were dealing with phone calls and orders...for 20 mins...... arghhhhh!

you must have been one of those on the phone getting all the attention fimbo. I just have had no good experiences in that shop at all. Im sure they see me coming....
