to go cruising the mean streets of hippyville

Some bloomin hippy made me so angry yesterday I nearly got in my car when I got home to cruise around hippyville looking for her to run her down.

I was coming up to a crossing (which turns into an empty industrial estate, never any traffic especially at 7pm), bent down to pick up DD's shoe and had a quick glance behind to see if anything coming, saw a bike and no cars and heard nothing so crossed the road without checking again.

She turned into the road I was crossing and started shouting at me 'you didn't even look - and you've got a bloody child'.

Eh?

I did bloody look, she didn't bloody indicate or bloody ring her bell or bloody anything. And I don't really appreciate being shouted at whilst I'm pushing a small crying child home.

Now then, where did I put my gun.

I would quite happily marmelise a few cyclists for jumping red lights/ ignoring crossings/ general unpleasantness to pedestrians who have done nothing wrong
