To report my neighbour for benefit fraud?

Firstly- i'd like to say that we are friends. But I just don't agree with what she is doing AT ALL. She has two children (one starting school in September and a toddler) and another on the way who is due in a couple of weeks. She doesn't work (well she does in a way but we will get to that...) and is actively claiming benefits which I assume amounts to income support, child benefit, tax credits PLUS her ex gives her money every week which she says she doesn't declare- i'm not sure how benefits work; so excuse any ignorance from me on the subject. Anyway- last week we went out together for lunch. I suggested just popping to the local cafe- and she said she would treat us to lunch at the local independent Italian- which isn't cheap. I was a bit embarrassed if i'm honest. She gave me DDs birthday present- she gave her some Ralph Lauren clothes and a pair of UGG boots. I didn't ask any questions but well- you know when you can tell they are hooky? On Thursday I went to visit her- and she had a mountain of parcels ready to go to the post office. I asked her what she had been selling (there must of been 50 parcels!) and she showed me her garage- full of knock off designer gear. I don't agree with it at all in that concept; but the concept she is now "well minted, and I still get my benefits because nobody knows a thing" with a sly wink. She's been bragging about how she is taking her kids to Disneyland in October when she's recovered from the birth, and how she has already booked a 5 star hotel in CL for New Years- plus while she is selling hooky clothes to others she is stocking up on designer gear for her own kids It's just annoyed me as I go and work a 12/13 hour day as a single parent and I can't even get child benefit. AIBU to report her? She is a friend but what she is doing is just wrong.
