I've 'popped' home (40 minute drive either way) to feed the dogs.

I'm an antisocial bugger and I'm feeling weary.

If I go back I can get sloshed on free wine.

What should I do?

Good luck op. In fairness, at my wedding, the only person I would have noticed didn't come back was my husband, you could always pretend you went back. 99.9 percent chance of getting away with it

I have actually honestly fallen asleep in between the bits of one wedding I was invited to, to be awoken by a phone call from the bride asking where I was. Fortunately my makeup hadn't smudged much and it was only a 25min drive so I made it back in time to be forgiven.
