To use Bepanthen cream...

Posting here for traffic!!!! I have a burn on my hand from striking a match and a spark hitting my hand would it be wise to use bepanthen cream on it to help it heal as a nursing friend advised or shall I leave it to heal on its own?! I always thought you left them!

Sudocrem is also good for heat rash and 'nappy rash' caused by sanitary towels TMI blush

Aloe versa I have a plant on my kitchen window sill break a leaf off and squeeze the leaf rub on the burn. Hey presto. (Does help if u have a plant on your window sill) failing that yes be pan then isagic!
