And be ignored by my friend while she chatted to others and checked her Facebook?

NotSoNervous Sat 26-Jan-13 23:44:20

LadyBeagleEyes Sat 26-Jan-13 23:42:22

<tired and drunk>

DameFanny Sat 26-Jan-13 23:38:11

grin Tethers! Beat me to it!

FarrahFawcettsFlick Sat 26-Jan-13 23:34:47

Good grief

<goes back to filing hard skin off feet>

Hemlet Sat 26-Jan-13 23:34:09

You are making no Fucking sense.

Her husband picked you up then she dropped you home while she was on Facebook and ignored you and showed 'it' to 'her'?

What?

Today people seem to facebook together rather than actually communicate. Sad, really/

threesocksmorgan Sat 26-Jan-13 23:31:42

what does coating mean??

Pancakeflipper Sat 26-Jan-13 23:30:55

I would love to give you my indepth thoughts on this OP. but I am giving my mate a lift tomorrow morning and need to polish up my comedy act for her entertainment.

HildaOgden Sat 26-Jan-13 23:24:54

I have to ask....do you speak the same way you type..ie lots of exclamation marks? It makes you sound very perky, she might not have been in the mood for that.

maddening Sat 26-Jan-13 23:22:15

Maybe that's just her post work thing? Maybe that's always her time for fbing as a bit of a wind down?

WorraLiberty Sat 26-Jan-13 23:21:17

I think she should have logged into FB live chat with her friend grin

LadyBeagleEyes Sat 26-Jan-13 23:16:02

I like to see explanations, Worra.
I need detail before I can give my honest opinion grin

PickledInAPearTree Sat 26-Jan-13 23:14:50

She sounds awful. Next time id refuse the lift and walk alone in the snow!

Oh that will teach her a lesson!

WorraLiberty Sat 26-Jan-13 23:13:22

LBE you're a sucker for punishment aren't you? grin

AgentZigzag Sat 26-Jan-13 23:11:58

How long were you in the car for?

Did you talk to her? Did she ignore you?

LadyBeagleEyes Sat 26-Jan-13 23:11:22

What an odd thread.
More details Op please.

mrsL1984 Sat 26-Jan-13 23:10:43

WAsnt chart enough.... How about didnt talk to me once???

WorraLiberty Sat 26-Jan-13 23:10:32

Sweet Jesus, was she supposed to hold a Q&A session with you while she did you the massive favour of asking her DH to drive you home from work in the snow?? confused

Do you realise how ungrateful you sound?

She'd just done a shift at work...she's entitled to check her phone and chill out in her DH's car as she sees fit.

Walk next time if it bothers you.

toddlerama Sat 26-Jan-13 23:10:26

Just thank her for the lift and stop being so demanding.

Her husband picked you up and ran you home and you are upset because, despite this kind deed, she wasn't chatty enough? If thats right then yabvu.

mrsL1984 Sat 26-Jan-13 23:09:40

I have my own car but due to bad snow she offered to collect me! We often car share to save coatings etc which isn't issue! I did volunteer the bus but she didn't feel it was appropriate for me to get the bus

tethersend Sat 26-Jan-13 23:08:58

Was Sharon there?

Was anybody TRexing?

NoelHeadbands Sat 26-Jan-13 23:08:13

Why would that make you unreasonable?

Presumably you mean was SHE unreasonable?

HollyBerryBush Sat 26-Jan-13 23:07:52

Shes given you a lift, your complaining she isnt entertaining you through the journey. Get a bus next time.
