My DH is dieting, he has quite a lot of weight to lose (at least 5 stone). He currently has no plans for formal exercise, although intends walking a little more once the snow shifts. This walking would amount to around 30 minutes split into two (ie walking to/from station each day).
Is this achievable?! I think he's deluding himself to be honest, but I don't want to say it quite so bluntly. He 'has no time' for the gym, and in any case is too tired at the end of each day (partly due to being so overweight I suppose).
He's doing well so far on his diet (Primal/paleo) but it's only been 10 days. I hope I don't come across badly about this, as I really am supporting him fully, but I can't help but think doing a little bit extra would make a massive difference to his weight loss, and to his energy levels.
