AIBU to think Cathering should be wearing a coat, or at least something warmer!

Do I sound too much like my mother to ask; why isn't the Duchess of Cambridge wearing a coat? The others seem to be wearing coat-dresses. She looks absolutely freezing in that red dress and I can't imagine there's room for thermals under it!
