Been v e r y low, one lot of ADs made me worse ad couldn't drink on them, came off and started another which gave me horrific side effects. Have had a shit week and have crashed spectacularly. And tonight i am AD free and out with friends. AIBU?

I can understand the temptation, but honestly, you'd be far better off going out and only having 1 or 2 drinks - hard though it might be

SO sorry, i only remembered that i started this thread just now.

I don't cry so me dissolving into tears is no risk! I did take it easy, not really eaten much so didn't want to end up paralytic - i walk home so needed to be aware lol!
