Soya milk allergy/ intolerance?

DD (7m) has a very fine rash on her front and back - it looks like the dry skin patches she has on her ankles, except it only came up a week ago. The rash has got steadily worse although it isn't bothering her - just me! I've been treating it with Acqueous cream because I thought it might be more dry skin, but it hasn't helped, and it has now occurred to me that it has coincided with me giving her porridge made with Soya milk for breakfast since just before the rash started. Ironically I was making it like that because I have been advised to cut down on my dairy intake, and so I just gave her some of the porridge I had been making for myself. Does anyone else have any experience of this???

soya is a very common allergen, so sounds like it to me!
