is this milk spots?

can any one advise? my six week old has developed an angry looking rash on his face no where else. i think they started as milk spots but look alot worse now? anyone had similar symptons with their little ones?

My lo has a rash on her face (almost 8 weeks).

It could be her skin getting used to the world around her.

Have you switched to non-bio washing powder for lo and your clothes

They quite often get rashes on their faces around this time
