Or a recipe for gluten-free egg-free stuffing?

Dd is allergic to eggs, nuts, wheat (and soya) so I guess buying a ready-made cake or pudding isn't an option.

I made apple crumble with gluten-free wheat in the crumble mixture and it was scrummy.

I'm new to this so I've started a folder of good recipes / products.
