Hi

There might be a better way to contact Doddle, but I am relatively new here so am trying this - sorry everyone else if you are reading this.

Doddle, I notice your DS/DD (didn't note which) is allergic to tomatoes, which my DS is too. I'm wondering how you cope with cooking and avoiding tomatoes. We find it a huge pain as virtually every recipe we come across has either tomato or one of the other foods he is allergic to in it.

Do you have any tips for healthy non-tomato sauces for this like pasta/minced beef etc?
Many thanks

Crayon

hello, I have a daughter who has recently been diagnosed allergic to tomatoes amongst many other things! we have been told its not to severe but to only eat them in moderation. However, like you say finding food without them is so hard. I am all new to it at the moment but how are you getting on? my daughter is also allergic to and has to avoid peanuts, kiwi, peppers, green beans and bannana. Also milder to carrots and the tomatoes which like i say have to be eaten in moderation only. any tips please. our diet seems to have gone from healthy things to cheese sauces and eggs ect
