Is there any way i can find out whatgoes into baby jabs? Heared something about eggs a while ago, but cant remember what.
The reason i ask is that ds started with a rash a few days after his 8 week jabs, was told by gp it was a reaction and that he would be fine. After a few weeks of ds still having a rash i started putting oilatum in his bath, changed washing powder (from fairy to acdo) and still no impovement. Some days his skin is just dry, other days it is really red. We also think he has reflux, could this be related? could a food allergy be the problem?
Cutting out eggs for a week as had eggs on tuesday pm, and ds was very bad yesterday, screamed loads, bits of sick all the time, very red skin.

He is 22 weeks and still fully bf.

Measles vaccine is prepared on egg white, as far as I can remember. We always asked about egg allergies befor giving jabs (this was 20 years ago, I don't know if things have changed). Maybe someone more up to date can help.

MMR no longer has egg in it so you should be fine, DS has egg allergy and was given MMR a couple of weks ago so I looked into it.

so is there anything in the baby jabs (8, 12, 16 weeks) that could have caused an allergy? its just this rash started very soon after them, a few days, week max.

Hi, wanted to bump this up and follow-up with a question about the new pneumo jab.
my ds (4months) had all the usual jabs no probs, then he had the pneumo one and a day later came out in spots on his face. then they spread all over him. we've been to the doc twice who doesn't seem bothered, prescribed us some aveeno cream and bath stuff but that seemed more to placate me than anything.
they do seem to be going now, slowly, but the jab is the only thing i can think of that he might have reacted to.
anyone else had this?
any ideas what's in it?

I've looked into vaccinations at length and there are a number of sources that will help provide you with the information you need. You may be quite alarmed to find out what is actually in vaccinations though. Information available is generally completely for or completely against. It's important to weigh up the information on both sides and reach a balanced viewpoint. A registered homeopath would be able to help redress the balance and could help prevent further adverse reactions to vaccinations.
