Air Purifiers for hayfever?

Hello!

Was just wondering if anyone has any recs for air purifier for hayfever? I've only had it this year, but its so awful, mainly my chest feeling tight and stuff. I don't really want to take antihistamines, so have been using homeopathy.

However, I find night times the worst can't sleep for tight chest, and have heard about air purifiers. However, I'm not sure what to get at all. Also, does it need to inoise the air or whatever? and this business of ozones?
Its for my bedroom, which is about medium sized really.
