Hiya

Wasn't sure where best to post this but......

Am looking for advice for my 11week old. She doesn't cope very well in the heat and I think it's the humidity which really affects her. She gets very hot and then can end up crying her lungs out - so gets hotter and more wound up of course. Keeping her in just her nappy can help and getting her into an air conditioned car or cool place also can stop her from being so upset. But, it's not always possible when out and about.

Has anyone got any tips for how to prevent it from happening in the first place or to calm her down other than stripping her, putting cold hands on her or trying to feed her (which she won't always be persuaded to do). Skin to skin can help but can only really do that at home.

It's heart breaking and frustrating. The weather really affects her and i can see it will continue to. It's horrible to try to calm her when you know she is so unhappy.

Thanks peops!
