Does anyone know if the Pepti 1 formula sold here, and that sold in the States is the same? Also, is it possible to buy over the counter?

Friend is travelling to Washington soon and would rather buy formula while there rather than need to lug numbers of tins over. Thought someone on here would know, so said I'd ask for her.
