Can anyone advise please? Multiple allergies but we're starting with dairy. We've done a week of biscuits, a week of olive oil spread, both in gradually increasing quantities. What next? The dietician's advice is a bit confusing. Also, do I continue to increase the newly tolerated stuff or keep to a low level (1 biscuit, 1 thinly spread slice of bread)?
