My 10kw old dd has reflux and after seeing the paed specialist on wed he's advised me to try a dairy exclusion diet. So I though it was as simple as avoiding butter, milk, yoghurt and cheese but I didnt realise joe much stuff had milk powder in! Do I need to be avoiding this kind of food as well (ie the stock cubes/ gravy/crisps etc) or is this overkill and will just a a posing the main dairy stuff do? Also prob a stupid question but does cocoa butter contain dairy?!
