soya pancake recipe

has anyone got a good basic recipe?

most online use more than 1 type of flour

in the cupboard i have self raising flour, eggs, soya milk, vanilla soya yoghurt so hopefully one that uses these!

If you are able to use eggs then any standard pancake recipe should be fine, just use soya milk in place of the cow's milk in the recipe.

try this one. Just use oil or soya spread in the pan rather than butter.
