I'm treading the well worn path of exclusion diets with bf dc3. But we are in a rut meal-wise and have the same 5 or 6 meals on rotation. What do you have for tea - inspire me!

I've got a great cookbook called ''The Intolerant Gourmet' by Pippa Kendrick. Almost all the recipes are dairy/gluten/egg free. I've made my way through most of the autumn and winter dishes, they've all been great and really straight- forward to make.

that looks great cheesemonkey - I'll take a look. What is your favourite recipe? Are they quick to prepare/cook?

Some good chicken recipes- Lebanese chicken, Spanish chicken. My favourite so far is lamb stuffed aubergine. All of the soups have been great. It's split onto the 4 seasons and then there are starters, mains and desserts. All the ones I've made so far have been really easy, for quite a few of the mains you combine the ingredients, leave to marinate then pop in the oven. It's definitely more meals you can make than haute cuisine. The desserts are also great, lemon drizzle cake and pecan pie as good as any gluten ones I've had.

I'm also gluten, dairy & soy free at the mo. I'm a big one pot fan as they're so easy.

This sausage and lentil dish is a fav. Everyone loves it. I have it with spinach & beet root salad.

This quinoa dish is also nice and easy if you like that sort of thing. Mango instead of apricots is also nice.

Co-op do a big vegetable tagine I add meat/fish too & serve with quinoa.

I make a v quick spice mix up (smoked paprika, chilli, garlic granules, oil) & rub it on fish, then bake. Serve with potato salad & veg.

Have a batch of roasted veg & quinoa in the fridge. I add pine nuts, almonds & herbs. Makes plain food more interesting.

This chicken and polenta dish is also nice & easy Smile

Butternut squash and chicken risotto always goes down very well here. Moussaka, cottage pie, spanish omelette, fish pie, chilli, roast dinner, beef goulash, chicken and broccoli bake, stir fry with rice noodles, lasagne.

I make white sauces for the things above that need them with pure spread, Oatly and flour, you could use cornflour and soya milk.

I also do a chicken pie, and put chicken stock in the white sauce, you could top it with mashed potato or gluten free pastry or even just have the filling with rice, kind of chicken supreme.

Hi, i'm celiac and can only eat small amounts of dairy, i also don't eat pork, people often ask me....so what DO you eat? Well plenty of healthy stuff so here goes with some meal ideas,
Home made meatballs with sweet potato mash
Gluten free pasta with tomatoey sauces (homemade using chopped Tom as a base with stuff added to)
Stir fries
Fish chowder, replace milk with an alternative you like
Chicken casserole using gf gravy granules as a base and adding herbs etc
Quinoa, I like it with chicken, edemane beans, broccoli, sweetcorn, I stir in some sundries tom paste and herbs you can have it hit or cold
Frittatas, add anything you want and bake
Baked fish with just olive oil salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon with rice
I make a potato salad with sweetcorn, edemane beans and blueberries,
Homemade meatloaf, I slice it and freeze it
Jacket potatoes with anything! In winter I make a big batch of ratatouille and freeze, it's lovely on a jacket potato
Home made chilli with rice
Fish pie with mash or sliced potatoes on top
Shepherds pie

There's loads, I cook and freeze LOADS! The other day I made meatloaf, meatballs, 4 fish pies, 4 shepherds pies, 3 soups and a ratatouille.

Thanks so much for these suggestions. We do a lot of tomatoey things like casseroles and all things mince. I got that cookery book today so am looking forward to trying out a few things in there and fingers crossed the kids like them too. There are lots of lovely things but some may be too adventurous for them I fear. Fingers crossed.

I make a lot of soups for DD (6) as she otherwise won't each veg much! With homemade chicken stock, bit of ginger, sweet potato, lentils, Brussels sprouts...
We make fish 'bites' rolling fish in GF flour then egg.
DD loves curries with coconut milk, spices and coriander and we fry poppodums.
I try to give her seeds and hidden green veg to make up calcium but if you're bfding this less an issue. I make flapjacks with Pure spread or coconut oil (the latter a bit expensive to do often) and throw loads of mixed seeds in!
Egg fried rice with spring onions and parsley (think parsley ok for calcium too)
Hot Smoked salmon with rice noodles
She loves M&S GF breaded chicken or GF fish fingers with homemade chips
Slow cooked ribs in honey/ GF soy sauce popular too
