National Adoption Day London

Does anyone know the date of the next National Adoption Day in London?
I'm talking about the days where social workers from across the country attend and we can look at profiles for waiting children/ videos. Think its organised by BAAF. Our social worker is on leave-don't want to bother her colleagues if I can help it. Just need date so can cancel work.
I remember it was in September.
