Hi just wondering if any one knows what "family promise" is
My sw has sent me some form to complete before she arrives next week and one of the things on her list is a "family promise"

I have no idea, sorry. Google brings up a charity in America, so don't think it's that!!
Just ask your SW, I'm sure they won't mind
