Does anyone have a Christmas biscuit recipe they love or like quite a lot?

100g each grated parmesan, pl flour and butter, blended together, cut into shapes and baked for 5 mins.

I also make traditional Czech moon biscuits but would have to look that one up. Contains almonds.

Oh, and add some paprika and nutmeg to the parmesan biscuits.

I do Nigella's parmesan stars from How To Eat for a savoury nibble.

Have just discovered East Yorkshire sugar cakes which are basically just a very heavily spiced shortbread - easy and very Christmassy.

Nigella's cranberry & white choc cookies are heavenly. They also freeze really well so make double quantities.....they get eaten quickly and just need a couple of hours at room temp to defrost
