All this talk of pressies for dc, dh, family, friends... what about us?

What would you really, really love to open on Xmas morning? Even if you know you'd never get it?

Seriously, I would love to receive a watch. Two years ago, I lost my gold watch that dh gave me for my birthday. It was beautiful and I loved it. It came off my wrist somehow - the strap needed changing - in a supermarket. No-one turned it in (dream on!) & I still feel sorry about it.

Materialistic item would be a lovely bracelet from DP or a laptop- as this one will pass away soon and i do beg it live on until the sales commence at least.

What I want more than anything in the world is to have a healthy, happy baby. I already know as a fact, it will be beautiful because all our babes are

A promise of a year with no more than 1 child poorly at a time, and no more than 1 illness (between all 3 of them and DH) per quarter. We've had a year full of colds, D'n'V, chicken pox, backaches blah blah blah and I just want them all to be well!!

Apart from a healthy family, healthy new baby, world peace, no money worries and good luck and cheer for everyone I know......

I want some proper girly white fluffy and sparkly things. Big white snowy looking teddies, some nice jewelery (earings, as I keep losing mine, or a nice ring), some white satin PJs (except I won't get in them til the baby is born ), special chocs, some champagne, maybe a lovely coat or some boots to feel speccial in....

Basically all things that will make me feel human again, after 2.9 yrs of DC1 and impending DC2 plus lots of work and house stress have made me forget that there is a gorgeous sparkly female underneath these dowdy maternity clothes and dog-walking coats.
