Dd has decided she wants one this week.
Typically after i saw some in tesco couple of weeks ago.
I now realise they are out of stock almost everywhere.
Am going insane looking for them.

Thought a 'hamster support' thread may help

Lilyloo- if you go to MSE (money saving expert), there is a thread about Go Go Hamsters, people post as soon as they spot any stock.

I got mine a few weeks ago. Aparently stock came into the uk on monday and should be in the shops and online from today but you need to be fast as they sell out within minutes.

Keep an eye on toysrus.com and Character they seem to be the ones that get stock.

I managed to get the fun house, spiral, ball, surfboard, wheel and 3 hamsters , now dd1 is asking for a bed for the hamsters, i had to tell her that she won't be getting one as they are out of stock .

Apparently boots have just had stock of hamsters but the site has crashed, i wouldn't mind getting a couple more hamsters for the step children but it looks like it will be hard work to find them.

Good luck.

Don't know what will happen now as it was in basket and all details put in just have to wait and see....

If anyone was trying CM gifts tonight don't bother for tomorrow. I got an email from them saying they didn't actually have any stock and won't be getting any until January.

Thanks to the MSE link though they did have 500+ people trying to access their site.

The other night I was on ebay looking for gogo's (the little plastic alien things) for ds1.

I searched on Gogos and all these hamsters came up... so I'd say give ebay a try!

my real hammie is easy to look after, just needs cleaning out once a week, only takes about 15 mins, he stores up his food so doesn't need feeding everyday.. ok I'll shut up now.

Yeah I couldnt find anything on MSE and as I said, NOT prepared to pay ebay or AMazon prices - madness!
We managed to get a wii eventually for cost when they were like gold dust - word of mouth and just hitting Argos at the right moment!
