Big joint present (£80ish) for boys aged 3 and 5?

Hi all,
My mum has a budget of about £80 for my two DS's and I am trying to urge her towards a large joint present rather than lots of smaller things.
But I'm stumped as to what she could get.

She was going to get them the Playmobil castle but my MIL has got them the Playmobil pyramid and thought it might be a bit of Playmobil overkill.

The boys main presents from us are a scalectrix and a guitar and lots of smaller bits.

They have quite a lot of lego and a large tub of kid k'nex already - any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry meant to add, they already have a garage and a train set, and younger DS has a lot of roleplay toys.
I desparately need some inspiration!!

Farm set? That's what I'm getting. My two are 2 and 4.

ok, try again
if not a playmobile castle, then how about a wooden castle? My DS1 had the ELC one 6 years ago and is still much played with by all 3 ds'
